Years ago and I don't remember who told me or if I read it somewhere
to take a dinner plate and round the corners, them you don't have the
ears on the corners. Works great.

Everyone gets unfilled corners. Leave the seam allowance in them or stuff a little extra batting in them but that is just normal for pillows with square corners
