Not wild at all...I think it will be pretty....
Ditter |
Definately not too wild... if there is such a thing..<eg> but just know this is from the queen of loud!..lol
It's fun and brought a big smile to my face. You have to have some of those. You did a great job. Are you going to bind it with the pink?
No! It is not too wild...it is so pretty. Love the colors.
It gets high marks with me----makes quilting look contemporary and modern!
it doesn't look wild to me at all; and, it's lovely
It's gorgeous!!! :-D I really like the contrast you did!

Personally, I like a colorful quilt. To me, it makes it more noticeable. A bland looking quilt can be kinda overlooked.
This one is cheerful and pretty. |
Put on your sunglasses and quilt away! It is a striking color combination - I love it! SASSY is the word for it!
No. It's great. I hate dull stuff
I love it.
i like it!
Huh...oh excuse me, I was too busy looking at this! Pretty.
Yes it's too wild, maybe you should send it to me, I'll take care of it for you.
I find it striking. I tend towards the darker, and sometimes do not think of the lighter and brighter. Then when someone else does it, I say WOW!! Good job.
That is just plain fun!
I agree-wild and wonderful!
I love those colors. It takes me back to the days in the 60'
s of fearlessly using color and pattern, like in the Marimekko and Scandinavian design. Very modern then, and modern now. I hope you don't mind if I copy the picture to use as inspiration. |

Fabric and colors can never be too wild!
Wild? What do you mean? This is very uplifting.
I love hot pink its really one of my favorite colors too.
If this is not fabric you would normally choose, you would natually feel that it is too wild. Personally I love it and think it is happy, bright, mood lifting, & a great quilt for Summer after the Winter blahs. It is wonderful! You do such fabulous work & Thanks for sharing.
Heavens no, it is gorgeous.
You have a gift for color balance and combination. Great!
I would never have selected that combination of colors, but you made them all very appealing, and that fuschia (?) in the center with a thin border to the outside ... such an elegant touch! Please! do not tell me this is easy <g> ... but, you surely made it all look very appealing. Good job!<wave> |
Gorgeous!

I'd be curious as to the designs in the middle of the blocks. Are they squares of different kinds of fabrics? If it's not too much trouble, maybe we could see a close-up of a couple?

I'm getting the sandwich made so I can start quilting...that is if it doesn't put my eyes out looking at it. |
I always remember that Mother Nature at her very best uses every color of the rainbow, including the rainbow, and there aren't any rules about one color going with another. She's the most subdued in the cold, colorless seasons, which can be beautiful, too, I guess, but I like spring, summer and fall, and nothing can be too bright.
