my daughter and some of her friends have gone to california and vegas so i made each that went a pillow case

Great job. Don't you just love making pillow cases. I made several as Christmas gifts this year and was very happy with how fast they went together....Hope they have good luck in Vegas, baby.

Pillow cases are fun to make. Sometimes they solve gift wrapping dilemmas. The wrapping paper for my granddaughter's gift quilt box was insufficient. Oh boy! now what! I took left over material from her quilt and made a quick gift wrap, threw the box in and tied it with a ribbon. Since she is artsy, she loved it and thought it was a neat idea. Now she has a pillow case to match.
