Gorgeous for sure !! wow
Your fabric choice on this one was WOW !!! I agree....but then again - you wouldn't be able to see it as well as you can on a table !!
Definitely has possibilities as a tree skirt!
Oh My Goodness, that is beautiful!
Oh, oh. Another project on my to-do list. Just love it!
Wow that sure is a stunning quilt.
For your holiday sewing......I did put a grommet in this and I do use it as a tree skirt.

Way to go! It is a beauty!

This is beautiful. But what I want to know Sandygirl and Sewbeit2 is what are you both doing up at this time of the morning? LOL. We all should be in our beds resting up so we can be bright eyed and bushy tailed to quilt the next day. Just kidding. As it was I did get to bed around 2:45 AM. I love the pattern and border prints. Beautiful! I have that pattern! Started some for last Christmas! Need to finish! I think I made them too big! Love yours!
Very well done! Yes. Would be a very nice tree skirt.
very pretty and festive, perfect for Christmas.
very nice pattern
Beautiful! Triangle Frenzy is very addicting. Made each of the girls in the office a table runner for Christmas.
I really like the 60 degree ruler and have made several table runners with it. I do plan to make a tree skirt with it for next year. I make things for a craft boutique to benefit our local pregnancy center. I do like to use the fabric with stripes. However, I plan to do one that I make my own strip set and then cut that into the triangles.

these are all pretty patterns for a tree skirt!

I bought this pattern some time ago but haven't used it yet. Your pretty topper inspires me. It is terrific!
Nicely done! Pretty fabric too.
Sandy, can you tell me how much border fabric you need? i bought the pattern and found a Jinny Beyer border print to make my sister one (didn't happen yet). I have about 3/4 of a yard though.
Beautiful. I am also a Triangle Frenzy fan, I have this pattern but have not made it yet. Will have to put on my to do list for new year.
It's beautiful whatever you chose to use it for!

Oops just saw this...I think I used about 1 1/2 yards because I used a very large scale border print. |
How funny. I always thought these were put together with Y seams. Until you said it was rows, I had no idea. I have had the ruler for it forever (because I made a different quilt with it) and never thought to do it as rows. Amazing how we teach each other without knowing. Yours is beautiful.

Wow 6xs over.
