first up partial seams I did 2 mat candles 11x11 free pattern from?? I don't remember LOL! but is called peekaboo they are 3 inch blocks done with partial seams....on the pink floral I did the binding this way http://www.quiltmaker.com/blogs/quil...ng-by-machine/ someone posted a few days ago and the brown prints I applied the binding the way sheri rider shows http://www.mccallsquilting.com/mccal...nding_to_Quilt and also joined the binding same way think my block small as I didn't have the room to open the binding and mark the way she did my binding didn't turn out so good a little big and I got a few gathers when I sewd it to finish the quilt and last is my little needle felting pin cushion my first nf project thanks for looking

Thanks for the mini tutorials links. I like the way diane does her binding by machine and will try it for future use with charity quilts.

I am not a big fan of partial seams. I made a table runner once and had to use that method. Not bad, but with no one to show you , it was challenging.

I just love how so many generous ladies have made tutorials to help us learn. Bless their hearts!

Learning new methods is a great idea for beginning the new year. Again, thanks so much for giving the links.

I love your pincushion, how cute is that?
