Thanks again for all your kind replies. :) You should all give it a go, it's not really hard, just doodling on the machine. And everyone's blocks will be so different, opens up more possibilities. :)

My daughter and her friends would love this in a quilt or bags to color in with fabric markers! Great sleepover activity!

Beautiful! I love the look of these. I'm going to try to find some info on this. My husband's initials are JB. I wonder if he would like something like this - maybe on a cushion for his chair or on the back of a jacket.
