Thanks for all the nice comments! Yes, they have inside and outside pocket, pattern has 4 sizes, this is the second smallest, called "standard". Uses 1/2 yard for outside and 1/2 yard for lining. Sorry susansomethings I gave the one you liked to sister in law for her birthday. haha
