I think I have all 500+ pieces traced and prepped on wonder under. Now I get to play with colors which is always fun. For those who asked I started with a 5 by 7 inch photo, covered it with a piece of plastic and traced the image. Then I enlarged the image on the plastic and made sure all the lines were "closed" before enlarged to the size I wanted...big.

That looks so awesome! It looks similar to a method I saw on Sewing with Nancy.
