Tweety Bird Quilt
2 Attachment(s)
My guild agreed to make twin-size quilts for intellectually-disabled adults for a charity project. They live in a nursing home and have the mental maturity of preschoolers. The nursing home asked that cartoon character fabric be included on the quilts.
I got the Tweety Bird fabric from the free table at the guild. I cut it up in large blocks to make it the focus of the quilt. It looked rather plain when I was finished so I raw-edge appliqued a large Tweety Bird near the top to add interest. |
