This is the turning twenty pattern and it is so quick and easy. One trick is do not wash till done, because you will lose your FQ measurement. I noticed on the Turning Twenty Again she said not to wash. On the black and grey, I need to change a couple squares, because I see 3 dark prints too close.

That black and white one is very eye catching!!
Both are very pretty, I especially like the colors of the first one, very bright.
Thanks everyone, I actually did 3 quilt tops in a week. The other one was a county fair quilt that I just put sashing and border for squares entered in the fair. Several fixes because some used applique that was only ironed on and would not have stayed on over the long haul.
GREAT WORK!!
love the B&W |
mostly black and greys
Love your quilts and the colors. The TT pattern is so versatile...1

beautiful!
They are so pretty! And don't you love the T20's? So much fun to make! :)
Great job. Love this pattern, and The yellow brick road one too, they are very similar and both use fat quarters and both can be made into a couple of sizes. I especially like the blacks, grays and whites.
Beautiful! They look very neat and crisp.
I'm worried that the Dear Jane I'm making is going to end up with too much of something too close together also. I'm doing red & blue batiks (a variety) with a white background and we're hopping around as far as block placement. I can't figure out how to put blocks made into the quilt template with software but will have to otherwise, I'm sure I will have groups of too much in one spot! Thanks for sharing. |
They are lovely and so different. I have 20 FQ's from Dandylion Girl Moda to do a Turning Twenty. I am so looking forward to doing it. I'd be really happy if they turned out half as nice as yours! Thanks for the inspiration.
Yellow brick road is also one of my favorites. Thank you thank you all
Love the black and white!! I have that pattern and this makes me really want to make a quilt using it.
Those are awesome, on my list of to do's....
very nice job, I like both
Great quilts---I have not tried this pattern yet--but know lots of folks who have and love it!
They are both eye catching and lovely in their own way. The pastels in the first one are very relaxing.
Those are awesome!!! :D:D:D
