My father is in hospice care and I have see that every room has a quilt. I think that in the future I will be adding several to their collection as a thank you for the care they are giving to our whole family.

Your work is beautiful and from scraps and leftovers no less.

We have a wonderful hospice in our area (I imagine all hospices are wonderful) but this particular one has cared for several of our loved ones at the end of their lives, and I would love to have a part in bringing comfort to those souls nearing the end of their lives. Do the families keep the quilts as a remembrance or does the hospice use them as they are needed?

The ones that usually get donated to us are lap quilts. Our families keep them after the pt passes!
