I learned two valuable lessons on this quilt

1. Take a picture BEFORE you sandwich the quilt

2. NEVER EVER lay the quilt over an ironing board to "Tie" it-
no matter how well it is pinned!

Doesn't look too bad from the front though. We all learn lessons as we go. LOL

Yes, the BEST place for tying a quilt is on the floor. I've tried the bed, my big sewing table, but have found the floor works the best. It might take longer, but it's much better. Sure,,,ask me how I know this. lol

Thank you for sharing your tips. There are so many things to learn, as we go along. I do love your quilt though, you have done a great job.

There are no puckers--just wrinkles--and I heard they add warmth. :wink:

No worries...it looks just fine from the front and the back will always be all snuggled up anyway. I learn something from EVERY quilt I make.... :oops:
