Wow! You took fabrics I probably never would have chosen for a project and made them lovely!

I looked and I looked and I don't see any ugly anywhere. Kool quilt. BrendaK

Before I finished reading your post, I began staring at the quilt trying to find the
ugly fabric. I could not find one. You did a beautiful job disguising the ugly by surrounding it with coordinating colors. Well Done!! |
Beauty, indeed, is in the eye of the beholder! Your baby quilt is really gorgeous-nothing ugly about it. Great idea for a guild challenge.

Very creative.

You’ve got a good eye to make this pop ! We should see more projects using “ugly” fabrics.

Beautiful work and I don't see an ugly fabric in sight!
One of my friends told me that I have the humane society of fabric. Maybe so... I also get my pets through there and they've all turned out wonderfully. I tried to get an ugly table going at my quilt guild one year but I couldn't get many people interested. The thing is one person's ugly is another person's treasure. |
Very pretty and unique. Did you create the pattern or purchase it? Can you share where you got it?
|
Ugly fabric melded into a good design and prettier fabric is a winning finish.

I couldn't figure out how to or if I could edit my first post.................
