Cheers everyone, I was hoping to take this down to Winchester (200 miles away) to hand it over in person, but sadly DH wasn't well enough for me to leave him so I will have to post it to her but it will be a nice surprise for her when she receives it :-D

I know Jan will treasure this, she used to teach basic patchwork to her pupils as she was a teacher in a private boarding school so when she found out I enjoyed this hobby she was so excited to see what I had made!
