I love it! You did a great job!

I am back to working 10 hour days, so that is going to slow down my progress a little bit. I will definitely show the next progress. Getting the sawtooth sections done & laid out - it is hard to not snap pictures of the pieces laid out.... But, I'm going to hold off until they are sewn. :)

I just knew it was going to be spectacular!! Can't wait to see it completed!

ckcowl - If you don't like removing the paper, I highly suggest you try PP with freezer paper. No pins needed, just fold the freezer paper pattern on each of the lines, iron to your pressing surface a couple times, so it doesn't stick to your fabric so hard and go ahead. You fold the pattern back on a line and sew right next to the fold. Otherwise the piecing process is the same as PP with tear-off paper. You can use the same freezer paper pattern many times. I've used one up to 8 times with lots of sections in the block. I really love your star. It's magnificent and I've also made a Karen Stone PP pattern before. Looking forward to the rest of your pictures of the progress to finish up this star.
