Update on interesting quilt colors for a customer....

The above is a link to the original post - I added an update of the quilt top on the original post above - look at page 4 for the pic here - it turned out surprisingly :o nice. I have received alot of compliments for this quilt - its definitely not a color scheme I would have picked - but it seems to be very popular. Who knew? Certainly not me. Lastly, I got another order from a different customer for a quilt just like it. I am really happy that this turned out to be a success story and opened my eyes to new ideas.

I just looked at the pictures you posted & you did a great job making this colorful quilt for her. The most important thing is that she likes it & it makes her happy!! Great work too.

Wow, the quilt turned out really nice. I never cease to be surprised by the way different colour combo's turn out.

The pattern name is Train Tracks Quilt and I found it in a book called, "Two from One Jelly Roll Quilts" by Pam and Nicky Lintott
