Well, I had a LONG list of things I wanted to get done this weekend.. hmmmm... boy did I ever fall short!! However, I did spend a long time picking out some FMQ that didnt turn out right (the tight, ugly, almost impossible to pick out type FMQ) I mean, hours.. ugh. And then, I helped my good friend move into her first house! She is a homeowner! SO proud of her... she has had a lot of obstacles, single mom, worked her way thru college, finding a teaching job, so this is huge for her! :) But, I did manage to get two quilts binding attached, so that I can hand sew the other side while I am at a conference the next few days, plenty of time in the hotel in the evenings. SO, here are the pics of the binded quilts....
One will be a wedding gift, no pattern, just created by me, pieced and quilted by me. The other is a Flatbread Quilt, pieced by me and quilted by Charimsa's son, turned out perfect!! :)
