It is a pre-printed interfacing type material (perfect to use with fat quarters). The triangles can be done in many different sizes...you fuse to the wrong side of one fat quarter, then pin (a little) to the other fat quarter...follow the dotted lines while stitching -- VERY quick...it's a continuous line....cut on solid lines and you end up with PERFECT 1/2 square triangles...one sheet (at 2-1/4' ) makes 70 1/2 square triangles! :)
