Update on quilt
 

Awhile back I had posted this pic of the a quilt I made for our church fundraiser. We had the auction tonight and it sold for 2,100.00 dollars . Then to top that one of the bidders said she would match that price and give it to the church if I made her one. I don't enter my quilts in shows and every quilt I make is a gift? But to me this is the best Blue ribbon I could ever get. ( if the blue ribbon still means the best).. :)

What a blessing for your church. This is such a great way to give of yourself to the Lord. You are a talented quilt maker and though I can't see the words on the picture, I'm sure they are beautiful Bible quotes that will uplift the spirits of those who take comfort under it's warmth while they learn more about the Comforter of our souls.
