I have never worked with minkee.

I've only ever used minkee for a backing, so I've never pieced it.

I'm working with the brown minkee now, and you are so right, very messy!

So far it is very slippery to work with but so soft and pretty

You are brave! I've used minkee for a 4" border on a baby quilt, but would never dare try it in smaller squares & such.
