So very pretty! Love it. It appears your cat does, too.

I love ❤️your quilt and your fabrics!!! I started saving bright colored fabrics for a quilt I'd like to make for myself. These are just the large print and bright colors I envisioned, but the ones I've collected so far are just bright, with tone on tone that reads almost solid. 😩

Beautiful, it looks like rays of sun falling across the quilt. And Kitty approved.
Absolutely beautiful. Wonderful color use and placement. Kitty shows it is comfy too.
Nice Kaffe quilt.
I also love your cat and quilt. I have been collecting KF fabrics for some time and one of my goals when I can start sewing again (just had total reverse shoulder replacement) is to start using them.
Could you please share the name of your pattern with us? Thank you |
This is beautiful and in my top 5 KF quilts. Just beautiful...

So pretty! Those wonderful prints look great when not cut into tiny little pieces.
Lovely kitty, too. |
That's lovely! I, too, have been collecting Kaffe for a long time. I suppose it's time I used it. This is a great inspiration for me. Great quilt.

This is the first Kaffe Fassett quilt that I have enjoyed looking at. (Sorry Kaffe Fassett fans, just not on my "love" list.) The light/dark placement really helps the fabrics to blend or at least be good neighbors. Thanks for expanding my vision of this designer's work. Kitty is a charming embellishment.

One word comes to mind: Gorgeous! I have a couple Kaffe Fasset quilts .. his fabrics are wonderful
Oh I love that and I am not a big fan of Kaffe prints, I might get to be a fan after seeing this..great job!
Will you share the name of the pattern please?
You sure did put it to good use. I have fabric-lusted after Kaffe Fossett fabrics when I see them in a quilt shop. I swore I'd deplete my stash before I commit to buying new fabric. When that happens, Kaffe Fossett will be at the top of my shopping list.:D
You've made it into an excellent quilt, and kitty certainly agrees. Cats always want to lay claim to the newest quilt in the house. They watch us and figure things out, and they know what they like.
The quilt is gorgeous colors! Wow! and I love the quilt inspector!
Beautiful quilt, beautiful cat. Great Combo! Your Kaffe quilt looks so put together - when I try a Kaffe style quilt, they look like chaos!! (back to the drawing boards :)
Gorgeous :)

That is a great pattern to use with Kaffe Fassett Fabric. The pattern is simple and doesn't compete with the busyness of the prints. Super nice!!
Beautiful Jess. Look forward to seeing you in September, if not before.
Thanks cattitude! It’s a variation of the turning 20 pattern. Called twisted turning 20 I believe. Actually a very simple pattern
Thanks everyone for the very kind words. This was a very easy pattern. It is a variation on Turning Twenty. I think it is called twisted turning 20.
I love this pattern. It looks like the light/dark effect could be achieved using all half-square triangles, but that doesn't appear to be what you did. Did you use a pattern? I would love to try one like it.
Beautiful! I too have quite a stash of Kaffe fabrics. This looks like a great way to finally use them. Kaffe and Brandon are coming to San Jose, CA, in September. Very excited!
Looks like you have the stamp of approval for this beautiful quilt from your sweet fur baby.
Very nice! Your cat loves it!
Very pretty!!!!!!!!!!!!!

re: Using my Kaffe Fassett
