Using those 2.5" strips. Pink, green, black strips

Here's one I just finished and washed. It's a jelly roll style quilt, but I just used strips from my bag(s) of 2.5"strips.

It's a charity quilt. It's large.

I quilted it with uneven lines of quilting in order to provide interest, at least a little, to this style of quilt (I've made about 7 of them and kind of tired of this pattern). Plus, it's big, so hard to quilt.

I marked it with washable Crayola markers, finished the quilting and then washed it. All the markings came out. I used a warm (the coolest temp. I have, but not cold) water wash.

This picture has inspired me to make a quilt with strips for our guild Community Quilt project! Love it!

I'm making two large throw-size for my grandkids' significant others for Christmas. Really enjoy making them and always somewhat of a surprise how they turn out. ;-D

Great job. I really like the way you quilted it. You have given me ideas.
Thanks.
