It is absolutely stunning and you made it to drape all the way to the floor...With that complicated a block I think I would have been tempted to only make it as a quilt topper just covering and draping just over the mattress. Job well done, indeed!

This quilt was also for my daughter Shawna. It took me 4 months to make. Each 12" block has 104 pieces in it. There are 56 blocks in the top. It measures 100" x 114". I'm so proud of it!!! It's a Carpenter's Star block.
