I finally decided what to do with this fabric after a couple of years deciding! Just need to add a blue border and then more spot, it looks funny shape but I figure will sit perfectly across a single bed with the spot border hanging down over the mattress once added!

I got it from out local shop - in Australia - but it is a fabric by Andover fabrics based on the famous book by Eric Carle! I love the book and always have!

That is great. Did you make up your own pattern? Will you share it? My dd loves that book and loves your take on the quilt. Great job. Thanks for sharing.

Great job! The pattern shows off the fussy cut blocks perfectly.

Hi...I did make up the pattern and am happy to share - my email is [email protected] - I will try and write it so it makes sense, basically it is based on a 3" square grid (3 1/2" cut!)

Oh wow, that's beautiful! I'm glad to see a finished quilt with the fabric... everyone seems to have it, no one seems to DO anything with it :D

I love Eric Carle books (especially The Very Hungry Caterpillar) and this fabric collection is wonderful. Your quilt is a delight!
