No, the fabric is not batik. Just a printed cotton. I like the colors so much and want to do something more complicated than the quilt I just did. I will be making one more quilt and then I am done with the fabric. I got a lot out of a $6.00 garage sale find. I even had enough to share with others. In Jan. our group is going to reveal the quilts they each made with this fabric as I gave them - 16 large squares of the fabric. It is going to be so much fun to see all the different designs. We are doing it in Jan. because I live in Arizona and lot of the gals in our quilting group are snowbirds.

The fabric makes it look more complicated than it is. Very nice color balance.

Soo, pretty, soft looking and yet bright! What daughter or grandaughter wouldnt love to see this on their bed? In fact I would like to see it on my bed! Lol just saying, but I would like to have one just like it for myself! :)
