I was asked to give this old quilt a modern look. Two layers of batting, wool and 80/20.

Magnificent job! You managed to blend the modernity with the vintage perfectly.
From studying all the photos posted for the past year, I have become more and more convinced that the quilting is indeed very important to the look of the quilt. This quilt would look good flipped over for a change of pace even, it is that good looking. You professional quilters are indeed superb artists in your own right. I doff my red hat to you all! |
