Adapted from Walkabout pattern, very easy for ANY theme, maybe even use T shirts instead of focus fabric !
Put one 2.5 " border all around, then wider borders on top & bottom (a border fabric on turquoise beachy one).
While watching MSQC on youtube today, Jenny's Chevron tutorial demonstrates how to make the black/gray (blue/cream in patriotic and turquiose/sand in beaching) blocks by using her easy 8 HST method.

All are very pretty.
