This is just a suggestion, but if you put Velcro on the inside of the bag, so that it fastens together just below the bar on the walker, it helps secure it.
The weight from whatever is in the bag will not pull it off as the walker moves.

So cheery!!! She will treasure it! Question - how are you going to secure it so when you put stuff in pockets it wont slide off walker. cheryl

I'm sorry, I don't know! I sent it off already so I can't measure it out. The butterfly panel is 8X8" for each square so the front pocket would be 16" X 8" roughly. Hopefully that will give you an idea of how big. I think there are some tutorials here that might help with sizing, I just had to go with what I had fabric for.
