Wall hanging or table topper not sure yet.

It is finished, the binding was truly obnoxious, the miters didn't like the added thickness of the seams to make that black inset, but I'm glad I persevered w/ it since I think it looks cool. I have not decided if it is going to be a table cover or a wall hanging. There is no pattern I made this up.

I vote for a wall hanging because after all that work you don’t want something spilled on it! Looks great!

you did a great job on that, very pretty

Very interesting pattern. Love your fabrics too

Pretty! Oh my, I can imagine making that binding with those seams. You sure made a pretty topper. Now, please explain the binding technique.
Love seeing the different ones. We just had a demo on adding piping in the binding today at quilt group. |
I used 3 strips of binding, the r/w stripe at 3/4 inch wide, black at 3/4 inch wide and r/w stripe at 1.25 (next time I will make that 1.5 or 1.75 inches) sewed them rw/b/rw folded and sewed from the back like a flange binding.

Oh it could be both. would look lovely with a vase of Poinsettia's at Christmas time.

Love the design! Your colors and piecing are beautiful together. I would use it as a wall hanging. It's too pretty to put on a table.
