Thanks to all of you who assisted me with my wallhanging problem. Several days later, I have nipped, tucked, unpicked (more than once!) and resewn. It is not ever going to win a prize, but I wanted to show the first real quilting item I have done. Thank you all again who helped, yes I did use all the suggestions and resources given :) :) :) :)

We all improve on each project that we try :D:D:D

It is one beautiful quilt and you should be very proud. I love it.

What a pretty Kimono quilt. I have never done any kind of quilt that involved folding like those.

Thank you all for your kind comments, the designer is Dianne Weber and she has some really beautiful patterns that she has designed herself. I made this particular design as my DIL is Japanese, and she and my son have two girls, hence the three kimonos.:):)

Wow you did awesome. That looks wonderful.
Looks hard. Are you going to do another 1? |
They can be kinda addictive, and choosing the fabrics for the kimonos is a lot of fun. I will see if one of the girls wants one for her bedroom. At least I sorta know what I am doing this time:) Bea
