Made this for a friend last year. Visiting quilting shops on holiday, I engaged in conversation with a young man who said he had just made a bag for his mum. He showed me the bag and quickly gave me a tutorial on how to make it. It was something like this, but I made adaptations. Hope you like it.

I didn't have a pattern for the bag, but it's so easy to adapt and make into lots of different things.
I'll try and do a tut. Never done one before, a new experience for me. May take sometime as I have visitors from tomorrow and then it's our vacation time.
