Wonderful job to both piecer and quilter! I LOVE it! I'm also thrilled to hear you say "WE won", not "I won" and oh by the way, Green Fairy quilted it. I LOVE that you are including the LAQer in the success of the quilt! Great job!!!

It was from the book 101 Fabulous Rotary-Cut Quilts by Judy Hopkins and Nancy Martin. The pattern name is called Stardancer. I modified the pattern only slightly. It called for making the star points with HST units and I opted to do them with Flying Geese units to avoid the extra seam. I now have tons of leftover triangle scraps from doing that and have two different scrap quilts planned using them.
