The first one is so adorable. Love it!

Love the wonky houses. You must've had a lot of fun picking out each scrap to make the various elements. Really cute to look at. I have yet to do a paper pieced project or a bag, so kudoes to you.
I only do the birthing method on anything small like mug rug or coasters. I find that binding them takes more patience than I have and just isn't worth it. |
The pattern was from a designer on craftsy called quilt art designs. It was actually really easy to put it together - pretty much everything lined up nicely. The advantage of being ’wonky’ houses is that even if something didn’t line up no one would know!
I really enjoy paper piecing - so much easier than patchwork. |
Wow you've been busy! We must be on the same wave.

Awesome finished projects. I had to laugh when you said, " I really enjoy paper piecing - so much easier than patchwork." I feel just the opposite of you....I've never gotten the hang of paper piecing but I keep trying. :)
Can't wait to see what you finish next. Thanks for sharing. |
Super projects. BrendaK

Love all your projects. The bag will definitely make a nice gift.

Love all the projects, but the houses steals my heart.
I always had trouble with bindings until this you tube showed me step by step, stitch by stitch, and used some glue to cheat with (lol) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a2hWQ5-ZccE&t=28s |
