Some of you will remember that I wanted to know how to use up the hundreds of HSTs(half-square triangles) that I had.

Here are 2 baby quilts that I did with one lot of HSTs. I used the purple as a backing on Gracie's quilt. And I must apologize for the wrinkles on the other one...I had to wash it and it's still not ironed. Hope you like these.

When I make flying geese or anything else that I have to cut a corner off of I sew another seam so that I have a HST block out of the left overs. Most are about 1 1/2 square. I'm saving them all up to make a quilt out of. LOL I might have enough by the time I'm 100 but it will be something with all those tiny HSTs.

Thanks everyone for the nice comments. It feels good to use up those pesky HSTs. I still have lots left but they'll have to sit for a while. The weather here is FINALLY getting warmer and the outdoors is calling.
