What A Haul!!!
 

Howdy y'all :)

One of the gals in my quilting group found out about a woman who had BOATLOADS of fabric for sale dirt cheap! She was selling yardage for $3.00 per piece, and smaller pieces for $1.00 each. Some of the bigger pieces had 5 - 8 yards in them!! As you can see, I bought enough to cover a queen-size bed, and I got all of this plus two books for $74!!! Now to get it all wrapped onto comic book boards and get it into my bookshelves! :D

I am never lucky enough to find such a bargain. And if I did, I wouldn't have the extra cash needed to snatch it up. LOL

Quite a haul have fun

Comic book boards are bought in the comic book stores. Where I buy them, you can get 100 in a package for $7.97. They are sort of a thin, white cardboard that helps to keep collector editions of comic books sturdy inside the plastic bags they put them in. They are acid free, so they work really well for wrapping fabric around so it can be organized in a bookshelf. Here is a picture of some of my fabric on comic book boards. Of course, I have a LOT more fabric now! :)
