My DH's grandmother's 70th birthday is this weekend and I decided yesterday to make her a lap quilt. Went and got the material after the kids got off the bus, finished cutting it out this morning and now the top is done! I should have it sandwiched by tonight and hopefully get it all quilted tomorrow... might be wishful thinking, but I'm gonna try!
