It's super easy...ch 258 loosely, {sc across, ch 3, turn. sk 2 sts, 5 dc in next sc, *sk 4 sts, 5 dc in next sc, repeat from * to end, should have 2 sc skipped at end of row, ch 5, turn. do a 5 dc cluster in the top of each shell, with 4 ch between, ch 2 at end of row, dc in ch-3 at end of row, ch 1, turn. sc across, ch 1, turn.} repeat until it's as wide as you want it, then put the fringe in on the dcs end of each row on the short sides.


It's actually so easy it's kind of difficult to finish because it gets pretty monotonous, and those rows are LOOONG...it's almost 70" long depending on how long you do your fringe.
