Ok, so this is what i've been working on for past 5 weeks, yes, 5 weeks lol, thought for sure i'd have it done quicker than this! lol Anyways, the stacks on the right are 60 blocks, and in the bottom left corner is the way the block Was going to be finished lol lol, but i ran out of white strips, yup lol, anyways, the block at the top left with the cream strips added is what the block will look like now, when they're finished lol. This is the queensize hd raffle quilt i am trying to make :)

What a beauty it is going to be! Five weeks, that sounds more like my speed :D I have a friend that cranks out quilts so fast and she is good too, but not me. I am slower at sewing and tend to flit from one project to another. So with that being said I think you are doing great. I love the colors and the pattern.

Love your fabric choices and I think the cream is great with it.

Barb--I think you have taken lemons and turned it into delicious lemonade. The fact that you ran out of white fabric has only changed your quilt for the better!! How gorgeous!! You will raise a lot of money with this one. Cannot wait to see it all put together.

This is the pattern that sewnsewer2 helped me do too. Mine didn't come out nearly as good, but then again I keep telling myself, I'm new and still learning this. Maybe when I get better I'll make another one as I do love this pattern.

Well this quilt has been taking me a long time, much longer than i thought, i think all those triangle strips really slowed me down, but now i'm going full-speed ahead on the outside strips, they Dont have triangles! lol lol lol
