Looking good! I love Bonnie's scrappy quilts but I am a bit OCD myself. She is able to put everything in her quilts and they look great. I think it comes from the huge number of different fabrics she has.

I can relate to the OCD and what you are doing with the pinwheels.

However - if you do happen to "miss" one set and get a duplicate - you can say that you are testing your observers' powers of observation!

LOL. There is one pinwheel that has the same batik in two of the yellow points... I don't think it is in this picture though. There are a couple of the yellows that read very similarly when cut this small. When I caught it, I made the executive decision to leave it as is. In all the pinwheel stitching, I only had to restitch parts of 3 of them - mostly because I sewed the wrong side of the fabric.

On the star points, I did cut one of the batiks upside down - and decided to leave those, even though the colors are less vibrant on the wrong side.

Cheers, K

It's going to be beautiful. Completely understand the OCD:)

That's going to be beautiful! I'm glad someone else has MIB in the background for quilting: my adult son was surprised (but sat down to watch after clearing a fabric pile temporarily to another spot).
