I visited a a new (to me) quilt shop in Edwardsburg MI. It's called the Robin's Nest www.robinsnestquilts.com. They had lots of pretty fabrics. I bought a yard of this white on white. Maybe I can work it into my next project.

I love finding new white on white. Thanks for sharing.

White on white works so much better for me than a solid white! Yours is very pretty. I should add some more white on white to my stash.

Very nice. I love white on white and have a nice selection of it. I buy it when I see it at a reasonable price just to have it.

Very pretty! I like the swirls, usually the prints are much smaller.

It reminds me of snow or Santa's beard. If you showed me this in the summer I'd probably have a whole different perspective. That is wonderful fabric. Who's the manufacturer?

cjomomma 12-24-2010 12:26 PM

I love the pattern on it. Very pretty!!

agreed, I like the size of these swirls. I imagine there are lots of ways to use this fabric. I'll have to look for it. If you haven't, would you look on the selvage and let us know the maker?

Love this WOW :D:D:D

Love the background swirls on it. Very pretty, love it!

I just checked the selvedge. There is nothing written on it.
The lady at the shop said they had used it for Santa's beard. I am planning a quilt for my son with panels of wolf pictures. I thought this white would be better than one with small flowers on it!

lab fairy 12-24-2010 05:24 PM

Very pretty. I wonder if the shop knows what brand/line it comes from.

nativetexan 12-24-2010 05:56 PM

oh that would make great Santa Beard!!

jojosnana 12-24-2010 07:03 PM

I think it will look very nice for the wolf panel quilt.....and it you ever decide to make a Santa, you could if you have any left over. Don't need much for a beard.....Merry Christmas

Very pretty! There's always a use for white on white! It's very classic looking, IMO.
