The one I like best is treated much like an Asian print quilt, where the central peacock is isolated in an offset panel, and other panels showcase different portions of the main print.

When you say "offset", do you mean off center?

Yes. Each panel is a different size rectangle, with sashing between. Some in horizontal, some in vertical to achieve balance. This fabric has the peacocks down the center facing one direction, so, I'd fussy cut one as large as I could and have it facing in, from the edge of the quilt. Then perhaps use one of the other ones, cut smaller, facing in from the opposite side. Another rectangle would have a detail of the flower cluster, and so on. The collection I have has several colorways, including a golden. Someday, oh, someday, I'll get the nerve to just do it.

Well, phooey. Just cruised images for what I have in mind, and didn't see anything like my idea. However, I did find some ideas which would work with this fabric and really showcase the peacock. http://willowbrookquilts.com/level/advanced-beginner Simple Asian Window 219 & 220 would work nicely, and 222, Asian Panel with Batiks has potential. My concept is more like the 220, but with the main motif set off to the sides, rather than dead center. The decision would be based on if it were to be a bed quilt or wall hanging.

I have some of this is a different color. I can't cut it, I'm going to end up using it for the center of a quilt.

GORGEOUS fabric! I would love to have some; those are among my favorite colors. I'd make a quilt using some of the peacocks as a panel, or maybe a caftan in an Oriental style.

Maybe fussy cut the peacocks and frame them with a couple of the other colours and then put black sashing between each block then use the feather fabric as the border. It is beautiful fabric.

There are many wonderful patterns of Asian flair that would highlight the peacocks-I went to Timeless treasures to look at the fabric collection and there are several complimentary fabrics that would go with this. The pattern company I had in mind is called Chili Peppers. I'm envious-the fabrics are georgeous
