First time I've seen that fabric. It made into a beautiful purse. Your friend will love it. I had a little weiner dog for years and years but he is gone now. They make good companions. I have a BFF who loves them too. I think I'll watch for some weiner dog fabric and maybe surprise her with a purse. Thanks for sharing.
