Hi, Susan.
I posted a reply on your thread, but just wanted to let you know what a fantastic job you did! I love how you designed it. I would like to know where you found the cityscape fabric. As mentioned, I've been looking for fabric with tall buildings on it, for a cityscape idea I have. If you have any scraps or pieces that you'd be willing to part with, I'd love to buy them from you (or swap). What I have in mind are 12" blocks of favorite places around the city, so I don't need much to include as backgrounds in some of the blocks. Thanks for taking the time to read this. Jo |
Wow! What a stunning and meaningful quilt.

Thank you all for your kind comments!
You can purchase the pattern or the kit from: http://www.thegypsyquilter.com/bigfo...toncompany.htm I bought my pattern at the quilt show in Spokane. I hunted for fabrics on a trip from Washington to Florida! The cityscape material...I don't have any more, but it is a Blank fabric called City Limits, pattern no. BTR 4804 (I called the store I purchased it from, The Fabric Patch, in Ephrata, WA (509) 754-8280 and they do still have it if you want to call them and order from them). Hope that helps! |
Excellent! You do very good work.

Of late you all are coming up with the most unique and positively wonderful quilts. I am so amazed at the artistic talents you exhibit.
The fine technique you use to make such fine lines in the wolf. I am so overwhelmed at how you can complete such fine work. I want so much to be able to do that. I have to practice, practice, and more practice. |
First, I love the title and second I am always amazed when I see a quilt like this - in my opinion it really takes some talent to design and quilt something like this. Wonderful job.
