Wow, what I can see is beautiful. I grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and really miss the snow down here in Ga.

I'm with you. I've always enjoyed a good snowfall so I didn't have to go out of the house!

Enjoy.

A dream view. Wonderful place to sit and sew to your heart's content. The big snowstorm that hit New York missed us - not a flake in the air. Enjoy!

Beautiful, looks like you have room for all of us to join you for a cup of tea. Happy New Year

That is a most lovely window!! Wow. What's in your tea--honey? :-D

Now that we switched the sewing room with our library--I have room to put down a cup of tea in there--and the window looks out onto the horse pasture. So--I share your joy.

I grew up in eastern Washington and I miss the snow. We get very little of the white stuff here in western Oregon. At my age now, I would just enjoy sitting inside where it is warm and looking out at it early in the morning before it has been disturbed. Thanks for the picture!

How pretty. I was born and raised in western Washington though I lived three years in Alaska. I got my fill of snow there! Spent many summer months in eastern Washington camping. Loved it over the mountains.

Great room to get the creative juices flowing.

Ours is gone now so no excuse to stay in. Back to our normal grey skies. Thankfully we haven't had a burst water pipe here. Many in the uk especially midwales and northern Ireland are now without mains water. That must be really difficult. I hope your snow fall doesn't leave those consequences for you. Happy New Year to you all.

Such a strange winter we are having in Michigan. We usually share your snowy vista at this time of year.
Instead, on Dec. 31, I awoke to a loud thunderstorm! Only enough snow remains on the ground to make about 3 snowballs! This is truly unusual. Happy New Year, enjoy the natural beauty around you.
