Here are my uneven logcabin blocks, the grey and burgundy and the black and burgundy. Mine aren't as perfect as K's. I finished the 20 solid black squares, they were easy! Thank you for your encouragement from the last post of the fabric selection. Hope you like these.

Thank you, ladies. You're very kind with your remarks. There are 16 of the Grey and Burgundy blocks and 8 of the Black and Burgundy blocks. I'll keep you updated as work progresses. Doing those uneven blocks brought back to mind a comment my Grandma made to me when she was teaching me how to sew. She said, "You'll never learn to drive until you can sew a straight seam!" Well, I've been driving many years now, and still can't sew a straight seam. I try, but it wiggles.
