My son found this panel and the fat quarters to use as borders. He wants a wall hanging for his room. I think he did a really good job.

Wow, great. Did he pick out the coordinating fabrics too? I agree...talk him into helping - if he's "all boy" he'll enjoy the math/engineering part of it, right?

Good choice. Where did you find the wolf panel? My 86 yr stepdad is into wolves.I know he would love a lap quilt using that. He is very sick ,pancreatic cancer ,that has spread ,so any little bit of enjoyment we can bring to him is good. Thanks

Wow! I think you may have a quilter in the making.! The youngest quilter I have met was 8 and spent 2 weeks each summer with his grandmother. She quilted and he decided to do the same. I watched him at 8 pick his fabric at a fabric and was just amazed!
