S and W (Stack and Whack) technique is when you stack your fabrics in like order and cut to get the same cut of fabric on all the pieces. Hope this is helpful info.

Very pretty. Hope you get a ribbon.

So happy you won a blue ribbon. As I have said to you, "All your quilts and blocks are blue ribbon winners" at least in my opinion. I admire all of your beautiful work in each of your quilts that I have seen. Happy that the judges could agree to recognize the great work that you consistently do on your quilting work.

A most beautiful block.
I didn't know right away what S&W was either, and I have given two classes on Stack 'n' Whack. I would like to know how big that block is. If it was a contest, did everyone have to make the same size? And what will happen to all these blocks? Are they all going into the same quilt? We did that once for a raffle quilt. |
