wonky star quilted bag
4 Attachment(s)
I'm trying to use up some of my scraps. Seems like I haven't made a dent yet, but I'm still going. This bag I quilted the inside and outside fabric so it's pretty stable. I did not use stabilizer at all in it. It's a good way to use up scraps and now I have a cute bag to carry around for all my crochet stuff in.

That is gorgeous. Great use of scraps and very nice quilting
very cute, great scraps to use up!
Beautiful bag, and it's a good thing cause you'll have to make lots more if you really want to use up scraps! They multiply at night, you know. lol Happens while you're sleeping, that's why quilters have trouble sleeping at night! Really! Has nothing to do with the ideas and projects whirling in your head. Those are just around so you're entertained. Nope, the real problem is the scraps!
Lovely bag - it looks a good size.
Very cool....the quilting gives it a real sculptural quality.

I hope this questions makes sense - Does this mean that it's batting to batting within the bag, or did the quilt sandwiches for both the outside and inside liner also have backing fabrics? Thnx. |
Very pretty and love the quilting.
