I am hand quilting this in large blocks (easier for me to manage in the hoop) then I will put the blocks together on the front side, and do a ladder stitch on the back. Each block is 18 inches.

beautiful - I'm finishing one my aunt started before she died (in 2005 - she was using a muslin for the center, I think yours is much prettier - if I didn't have so many blocks pieced I would try something like you have done.
You know what they say, copying is a compliment - yours is very pretty, love the colors
