I looked at this yesterday and fell in love with both Dolly's...I can understand your pain, I would not have wanted to part with them either.

Oh my goodness - those are about the cutest quilts I have ever seen. My little granddaughter is a tiny asian girl and I would LOVE to make a quilt like that for her. What is the name of the quilt pattern Where did you get the pattern= if you don't mind me asking? You do amazing work

Thank you ! Dolly Days by Brandywine... a book.. in enhanced the dresses with fabric buttons, lace, ric rac, ribbon. Ect.. all sewn down tightly for washing.

OMG! No wonder these grew on you so much! They are absolutely the cutest things I've ever seen! I love dollies anyway (in addition to quilts) so these are right up my alley! Adorable! Darling! Precious! I love them!

Oh my word! I hadn't thought about Betsy McCall in ages! I loved those paper dolls! Remember that she had a baby sister named "Merry"? I always thought that was the coolest name! I was such a Betsy McCall nut that Santa brought me a Betsy McCall doll for Christmas one year. I loved her!

I was asked to share again. Second dolly hangs above our grand babies crib. First one is tucked away ready for quilt room wall.

I love this idea...thinking if you had a velco dot on the belly you could make outfits she could wear and change.
